Yes. The Free plan is permanent: 5 flows, 25,000 contacts, 2 senders, one seat, custom sending domain, and API access. No credit card required. It's enough for a startup's welcome sequence, password-reset flow, and low-volume transactional sends.
No. FlowingMail is flat-priced - $0 Free, $14/mo Startup, or $42/mo Business. We don't meter email volume, and we don't add markup on sending (that happens on your own provider). Your bill stays the same whether you send a thousand emails or a million.
Zero markup. Sending happens on your own provider (Resend / SendGrid / Mailgun / Amazon SES / SMTP), so you pay the provider directly at their published rates. SES is $0.10 per 1,000 emails - that's what you pay SES, not FlowingMail.
Business includes 3 seats for collaborators with dashboard access. Need more? Additional seats are a recurring add-on you can buy and adjust any time from the billing page - proration is handled automatically. Contacts in your audience are never counted as seats.
Yes, any time. Upgrades prorate immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Canceling puts you back on the Free plan with your flows and contacts intact.
Yes. Every paid plan (Startup, Business, and the Additional Seat add-on) offers a yearly option at a 20% discount.
